I. SELLER

The AYLABIOLABS online store, operating at www.kamiwaza.pl, is run by Ayla BioLabs ul. Pogodna 20/3 05-077 Waszawa Wesoła

II. ACCEPTANCE AND FULFILLMENT OF ORDERS

1. The Store sells Goods via the Internet. Information on the available Goods is published by the Store on the website www.kamiwaza.pl

Orders from customers are accepted by the website www.kamiwaza.pl It is not necessary to log in before placing an order.

2. Immediately after placing the order, the Customer will receive an automatically generated e-mail that the order has been delivered to the Store.

3. After completing the above steps, the Seller will write back within 48 hours. He will confirm the acceptance of the order or possibly refuse if the goods are unavailable. In a situation where the execution of the order requires a longer time than the standard, the Seller will inform the Customer about it.

4. Refusal to accept the order or the expiry of the time allocated for the acceptance of the order will result in the sale agreement not being concluded. What was provided towards the performance of the obligation is returned. The refusal to accept the order will occur, in particular, when the Goods are unavailable in the Seller's warehouse.

5. The Seller will approximate the time of order fulfillment. Then the customer has the right to accept the modified offer within 24 hours. If the Customer refuses to accept the modified offer or 24 hours have elapsed from sending the modified offer to the Customer, the sales contract shall not be concluded. What was provided towards the performance of the obligation is returned.

6. A sales document is issued for each order: a receipt or a VAT invoice, depending on the customer's request. The sales document is issued when all the goods selected for the order are completed and ready for shipment.

III. DELIVERY COSTS AND ORDER FULFILLMENT TIME

1. The order is shipped in the Store by Poczta Polska or the DPD courier company (to be selected when placing the order).
2. Shipping fee (prices in PLN) via Polish Post:
-Transfer:  PLN 9;
-Download:  PLN 14;
In selected European countries:
priority registered letter -  PLN 39;

3. Orders placed in the Store are processed only on working days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are processed on the first following business day.
4. The waiting time for the shipment is up to three business days. The waiting time consists of: order fulfillment time (completion of goods for the order) + estimated delivery time.

IV. FORMS PAYMENT

1. As part of the functioning of the Store, the following methods are possible

Payments:

1. Cash on delivery - on delivery

2. By bank transfer to the bank account of Marta Jarzynowska Pekao SA account number: 39 1240 2702 1111 0010 2319 7960

V. COMPLAINTS

1. The Customer has the right to lodge a complaint in the Store in the event of manufacturing defects or mechanical damage in the delivered Goods caused during transport. In this case, please contact us to solve the problem in the most favorable way.
