Return Policy

1. Any complaints related to the Goods may be sent by the Customer in writing to our address.
2. The Seller, within 14 days from the date of the request containing the complaint, will respond to the complaint of the Goods submitted by the Customer.
3. A Customer who is a Consumer who has concluded a Sales Agreement may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason.
